Head Administrators (STILL IN PROGRESS)
These are the head of all the staff in-game and forums. They hire, fire, deal with in-game/forum bans etc.

Adminitrators
These are the people who are best positioned to help you with most problems. They can do all the usual spawning, causing weather changes, muting spammers, etc. However, they are not there to be begged for items or rain or to spawn monsters for you to grind on. Also note that they do not have the ability to change your game passwords.
Additionally, despite what their title might suggest, not all administrators have the ability to ban other players, although most of them do.

Game Masters
These guys are capable of helping with minor issues, although mostly they will simply refer you to someone higher up who can deal with your problem more effectively. Their power set is very limited - they can kick players, teleport around, change their class and stats, and that's about it. They cannot make you items, call rain, drop a Clockwork on your head, or anything of that nature, so please do not ask them.
